La Casita - Bella Vista Chalet - Villa Escondido and Pablo's Place
Please note that each of these accommodations do have different nightly minimum requirements. Shorter stays may be considered for an additional fee however we can usually accept shorter stays without a fee if we have some dates to fill in between guests. We are not able to do one night only reservations.
Check in begins after 4pm and check out is by 11am.
*We cannot accept check ins after 10PM. Please let us know during the reservation process if you anticipate an arrival after this time.
Payment information:
- A 25% non refundable down payment is required to hold reservations with balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Please be sure to read through our refund policy by clicking the link provided.
- Payments can be made using a credit card through the paypal link below, or by check. (Contact us for mailing information if you plan to send a check)

Reservation Information we need from you:
Once you have checked the availability, and are ready to reserve your spot,
and provide us with the following information:
- Full Name, address, and contact phone number including a cell number you will use when on the island
- Requested check in date
- Requested check out date
- Lodging Preference (Bella Vista Chalet, La Casita Villa Escondido or Pablo's Place)
- Number of Persons in your Party including all children
- Any specific questions you may have or special notes
- Please send this information to us via e-mail
Reservation Process:
- Once we receive your inquiry we will confirm availability and e-mail you with our availability letter which includes payment information and instructions. This e-mail will place your reservations under a 24 hr courtesy hold. If down payment is not received during this period we will send one follow up letter.
- If a down payment has still not been received we can not confirm your dates after this point unless you have contacted us during the courtesy hold period.
- Confirmation and directions along with other helpful information will be sent via e-mail once down payment is received.
- We will re-contact you the month prior to your check in to confirm flight information and offer suggestions for activities during your stay. If you have any questions before this time please feel free to contact us as we are more then happy to answer all of your questions.

Hacienda Las Palmas
Five night minimum stay is required. Shorter stays may be arranged with an additional fee of $100 for each night under five.
Check in begins after 4pm and check out is by 11am.
*We cannot accept check ins after 12 midnight.
A non refundable down payment of $50 per night is required to hold your reservations.
Down payments can be made to Villa Sevilla using a credit card through the paypal link below, or by check.
*Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival and payable to Pablo Fuentes via his paypal account. Directions for payments will be e-mailed with confirmation letters.

Once you have checked the availability, and are ready to reserve your spot, contact us via e-mail and provide us with the following information:
- Full Name, address, and contact phone number
- Requested check in and check out dates
- Number of Persons in your Party
We will then confirm availability and notify you of the amount required for down payment along with your remaining balance. Confirmation and directions will be sent via e-mail once down payment is received.
Pablo Fuentes will be your host throughout your visit. All questions regarding this property should be directed to him once your reservation is confirmed.

Please be sure to include your reservation dates and accommodation in the "notes" section of your payment form.

No Refunds will be issued on any cancellations made less then 30 days prior to arrival.

If you need to cancel your reservation before this time all attempts will be made to re-book your dates. If we are able to fill the dates we will refund down payments for the dates which we have re-booked less a $50 re-booking fee.
- It is recommended that guests look into purchasing Trip interruption/cancellation insurance. During winter months there may be flight delays due to weather and many other times through the year unexpected things may just come up in everyone's lives so for just a few dollars a day it is a great piece of mind. We have provided two links below. There are many companies out there that offer this service and your own private insurance company may also offer plans

No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations by way of a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” for our area and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation” order has been issued by the National Weather Service for the area
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive
